I don't even get why class 2 would want infra-malar implants, I feel like the only people who should genuinely consider infra-malar are those with midface hypoplasia, which is usually class 3. Unless I am greatly misunderstanding something about class 2s

I mean I literally have 0 cheekbones, and my infras are genuinely horrible it destroys my eye area, i damn near got the mutahar infra region. My lower jaw is just like recessed by alot icl, like I gt jut 24/7 just to look normal. plus my bigonial width is really wide and prominent, so with 0 prominence in the cheekbone region it looks retarded

Ahhhh okay, that's fair then. I guess it's not just as simple to assume class 2 people usually have well developed cheekbones. If you legit have horrid cheekbones then yea it's warranted. It's just that on .org infras are so over suggested, like unless you have literally 99th percentile cheekbones people will suggest infras lmao

So wtf are we supposed to do if actually recessed downgrown/ overall poor facial development other than grow a beard, get rhino to make the nose overly small to match the overly small jaws and cope with having no facial depth or angularity from the skin being stretched enough?
