I don't think it's worth it in most cases considering the money+ recovery
But if you need a bimax then don't avoid it

Ye but most of results I’ve seen dont even increase SMV that much. Very complex long surgery and very mediocre improvement

Exactly there's a few situations where a bimax is worth it but other than that, all that money can be used for so much other things jfl

It's just that implants on someone who's even slightly recessed look off under certain angles.
