A 18.5 BMI can’t be healthy

A 5’8 122 pound man has a BMI of 18.5 there is no way in hell 122lbs is healthy weight for a 5’8 person a healthy weight at 5’8 is more like 145-150lbs a BMI of 28.5 is healthier than a BMI of 18.5

I was 15.7 bmi from 14.5 to 15.5 :hnghn:
 
bmi is for females it doesn't account for muscle mass you should use bodyfat %

120 at 5'8 can be fine for some guys who have really skinny legs / bone structure there are asians who weigh 100lbs at 5'9 and aren't unhealthy

BMI doesn't matter, your healthy weight depends on your frame

I have a 6'1" friend who was like 110lbs and dirty bulked to 140 recently and lost his facial definition.

this is unironically why I'm this skinny btw. legit starvemaxxed. I'm getting a job to pay for my own food though + my dad said he's sending some

Nothing below 140lbs is healthy at 5’8

Larger bones require larger muscle insertions, which increases the amount of lean mass they can carry

Bodybuilding is limited to guys with 8"+ wrists
