Genetic determinism is the idea that all of your physical characteristics are derived by genetic constitution and your parent’s genes. In short, no matter how much you try, you are only as beautiful as your parents allow you to be.
The blackpill community gathers around the premise that the physical characteristics one has are the sole factor that determines there place in Society. Whether it be their relationships, jobs, social standing or even day to day experiences, looks mean absolutely everything.
Nihilism is the branch of thought that concludes that life is meaningless.The philosophy of nihilism is present all throughout the blackpill community. Whether it’s the Doomer edits, the slideshows proving hypergamy exists or the schizo posts on .org, a large group of people have began to believe that there is no purpose in being here, especially when you’re ugly.
Genetic determinism plays into blackpillers sense of nihilism because its entire premise is built around the fact that you can’t change what you really are. No matter how many softmaxxes you attempt to use, no matter how many surgeries you plan on getting, you will always be pushed forward or held back in life due to the genetic lottery.
Combine the popular idea of genetic determinism and a blackpillers view that looks mean everything and you can quickly see how one may spiral into a debilitating state where they believe that they are neither good enough nor are they able to change who and what they are.
