It’s stupid and should be done minimally, mostly to tone the muscles not increase size, otherwise you will lose dimorphism.

(Calves an exception since they are not dimorphic)

It’s actually worse than men training lower body. Muscular lower body isn’t feminine. Muscles anywhere is masculine. Jfl at women gymmaxxing, it’s backwards as fuck.

Personally I dont mind muscular upper body, if the lower body is muscular too, but thick neck and traps, and veiny forearms are a deal breaker for me. Muscular girls like those from street fighter are best.

You can have muscular shoulders and lats as a girl, but traps and neck are no no territory.

Abs are an exception, all girls would look better with abs. Not just like abs from being starved, but muscular abs.

Its mostly useless. As a woman all u need is toned upper body, nothing more.
Midsection training will increase waist in size. Just like this roastie:

Waist is on of the most dimorphic part of the body for women. I doubt any gymcelled women will fog this:

Women with wide shoulders as wide as hips, women with shredded abs and no tits, women with 3D delts or veiny arms, they are as much of a turn off as overweight women

Overly big upper legs (thigh/hip muscles) can make your silhouette look feminine when wearing clothes because it gives the illusion of wide hips.
