A man tricked me

A man at the gym told me he would train me and wait for him as he collected bags and more. I waited for 35 minutes but he left the gym and left me waiting. He was a strong man with a power build.


I wanted to be train because i got bored at the gym alone but he tricked me and left. And if we are to meet this time than he might destroy me thinking i tricked him, i was waiting at the bench behind a presser machine where i could been incognito to his... Now i am scared that he will target me after tricking me and im nervous to exercise what my doctor recommended for my levels

No i trained before for 20-25 minutes. I am scared incase the tricker thinks i was tricking him and will try to hurt me or my family...

Thinks i tricked him. i was awaiting my training behind a shoulder presser for 35 minutes. what i think is he came but thought i ran away and left him but just couldnt see me. 2 options: he tricked me and left or he thinks i tricked him and ran away to leave him. and im scared if i see him again he will be fucked and try to hurt me. i have seen him so many times before.

Just tell him you had to poop really badly and so you had to go home and that's why you didn't tell him. Or Make up some lie

Ok. im only nervous because he was weird and i didnt really want to be trained i was just nervous so i said yes. also, i have to keep very active to assist my returning hormone levels so i need gym time. and this guy is always weird at the gym walking up and down so i cant trust him and i believe he would hurt people. Just tell him you prefer to train Alone or go to a. Different gym tbh. Watch youtube best exercises for gym. Or get a private coach

You shouldn't worry that much, if you're worried about your family, he is also worried about his. Never show fear in front of another person

My doctor at the last checkup 2 weeks ago "His blood test show he is in the normal range for a boy of his age in all his levels but we still need to monitor because we dont know *******s baseline levels. Also there is a risk of his levels crashing still..." so im ok but i need to maintain my checkups. And i was supposed to have a check this week but it was when my mum was at work so we didnt

It was finasteride for months when i was below 18 which is wrong. so i have to check levels in my blood of hormones like dht which finasteride stops.

I don't remember any direct instance, except maybe not standing up to some bullies when i was a little kid maybe? idk. But it's not good in general, people only pick on people when they know they can win a fight, show confidence but don't PICK a fight.You never know who's carrying a gun or got gang ties or mob ties. But for Allah's sake don't be a coward, just be confident and don't be a doormat for anyone.
