What you should do at least once a week if you want to truly mog.


Not too often either obv. Once or twice.
Do other workouts at other levels during other days aswell obv.

The KEY to growing up to mog is;
elevate your hormone levels.

Guess who just did that (and will bonesmash in the evening) ;
ME BITCH NIGGAAA
In one day:

- Start with calisthenics, not weightlifting.
weightlifting is shit and cali is incredibly superior. I did one seat of each to failure, I made it a calm third of the plan;
Pullups with 15kg, 12.
Chin-Ups with 15kg, 14.
Dips with 15kg, 10.
I could have gone past but I wanted to leave some energy in the tank.
Testmax.

-cycling (to the running track);
5km to and 5km back.
Good warmup and elevates your hormones.

- Running 10 laps, 3,3,2 and 2.
Hgh and microfracturemax asfuck.

I’ll tell you once again you shouldn’t do these and give your all but give 95%.
If you give 100% on all of these prepare for a bitching next few days of soreness and recovery.

calisthenics mogs it forces you to balance your body

you cant just have big arms and be obese because then you cant do any of the exercises

Big arms idk. I’m kinda stuck since I need a 20kg vest. I should have quit when I reached 13reps instead of 15. Need to buy that shit urgently.
