I am trying to promote the idea of prosthetic limb implants. It seems like a faster easier method as well.

This is a far better solution. And the best part is even if you make yourself 6'7" with a giant skull implant your eye level will still be at manlet height so it won't be too intimidating

Most likely, it has little impact. After having a titanium plate implanted in my fibula, I am now able to perform a variety of exercises.
