So I bought potassium chloride to debloat and I misread the serving size as 1 teaspoon instead of 1/8, I downed a whole teaspoon with water and it tasted salty as fuck. Now my heart feels kind of weird? Am I fucked?

Hyperkalmia is no fucking joke bro call poison control. It causes irregular heart beats (what YOUR fucking feeling) and can cause cardiac arrest.

You’d need a blood test to see but anything above an MEQ of 7 is very very bad
