Accutane Cumulative Dosage

I reach 150mg/kg accutane in one month, and am not sure whether too continue with the course until reaching 180mg/kg. Im weighing up the pros and cons and need advice on it. I want to be running IGF-1 right now but that is a complete counteraction with how accutane functions. Aswell as wanting to start other peptides which arnt compatible with accutane.
