Because i've been on accutane like 4 times lol i didnt experience any side effects (other than extremely dry lips), same case for a lot of people

If your acne comes back after your first cycle of accutane, hop on a low dosage cycle again and it'll go away, and usually wont come back a third time but if it does you can always hop back on ig

If you seriously think it's adversely affecting your dht and test just focus on drinking enough water, diet, sleep (silk pillowcase), and sticking to a simple skincare routine (No cetaphil or cerave bs, research and look into korean skincare products) and pray your acne clears up lol
