I’m 15, 38 kg, bone age ~13.6, no significant acne. Considering 40 mg/day isotretinoin for ~4 months solely to reduce oiliness and “thin” my nose until reaching the minimum cumulative dose (~4,560 mg).
Do you guys think it’s worth hitting the minimum cumulative dose with 40 mg (4 months), 20 mg ( 8 months). Or would a lower dose like 20 mg/day (~3 months) or even 10 mg/day (~3 months) be safer/effective? Any tips or precautions?
Safe enough for aesthetic purposes, or am I risking more than it’s worth?
