Doea 5/10mg of Isotretinoin give you the glass skin effect like you see all these celebs/influencers have?

Im in search for the perfect flawless even skin in the most convenient way..

I was thinking of Glutathion + vit c for topical on my skin if microdosing Isotretinoin is not a good idea..

Anyway how do I get the glass skin and get the brightening effect you see a lot of these people have?

So what 10mg daily Isotretinoin and in the mornign wash face with water then azaleic acid? What do you think about Glutathion instead?
