High dose or Low dose reta ?

Has anyone used a high dose reta to lose fat fast? what dose and what was the diet like while you ran it? Im currently on 4mg for 4 weeks and its slow progress

You will not lose fat quicker by increasing your dose, it will just make you more nauseous. Just be in a deficit for a long enough time

idk up the dose and follow this diet:
9:00 monster energy
14:00 monster energy
