I am a solid 5/10 psl

My face is covered with acne right now I look like a big swollen pimple absolutely garbage

Acne is legit #1 death sentence

I look fucking garbino

Anything beyond mild acne is an automatic dealbreaker for 99.9% of women. Even other guys will treat you like shit if you have acne.
