been legit fking sad the past few days because of my acne, it's so fucking shitty holy shit. i'm gl, and still manage to get iois somehow at my new school, but i feel like a fucking subhuman parasite scum. thankfully though i will be vistiting my doctor to get on accutane in 2 days (i had to use two creams for over 3 months jfl). i pray to fking gandy this acne goes away ffs

You fool! Accutane blocks androgen receptors, and hormones require androgen receptors to work. Without them DHT can't work to masculinize you, testosterone can't work to build muscle and hgh can't worl to make you bigger etc. Accutane is literally one of the worst drugs one can put in to their body. Literal chemotherapy drug.

Differin is complete cope though, look up then B&As for that shit, people use it for 4 months and still have a face full of acne.

It doesn’t block androgen receptors. It reduces androgen receptor capacity in sebaceous glands which has nothing to do with androgen receptors in bone or dick or anything. If you have acne due to genetic reasons and not because of bad diet/hygiene, your androgen receptor capacity in sebaceous glands is literally in overdrive mode. Your skin is literally conversing too much free testosterone into DHT. Also if you have severe acne during puberty you likely have too high levels of GH.
Accutane was once patented as an anti-prostata enlargement medication because researchers thought that it would block androgen receptors all over the body but it was soon dropped because studies have shown that this was simply not the case.
Accutane has even been shown to increase male fertility and to increase sperm volume https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/26653640/
