Acne help

I did 8 months of Accutane at 40mg 1st month and 80 mg for the other 7. My skin barely improved and I’m still breaking out. I’m on doxycycline and trention right now and my acne really hasn’t gotten better. Any advice and what should I do next to fix it.

You can try to maintain a decent diet along with spf50, moisturiser from la roche posay and tret from skinorac and it should improve
