Acne is a hormonal and inflammatory disease.
Is the result of a reaction immune system against bacteria

Acne= High levels of androgens on blood. (These hormones promoted the growth of sebaceous glands and excessive sebum production)
The sebum it accumulates on sebaceous glands provoking pimples etc... These accumulation created an ideal environment for this bacterias (P.acnes)
All things what provoking in excess the metabolic routs like a mTor For example
1. Insuline Excess ( Maybe caused for a excess of sugar or carbohydrates in diet)
2. Excess dairy ( Are very anobolics)
3. Bad insulin sensibility (THIS IS A PRINCIPAL PROBLEM)
4. Little muscular mass ( Why when you have more mas is so easy to metabolize glucose)
How you can do it for improve your acne and healty in general
If you have little insulin sensibility should be increasing exersiced whit (AMPK)

3. Eat food whit high percent of grass and protein. (Breakfast)

5. In the afternoon make exercise destinate for hypertrofy and for post-training eat protein and carbohydrates ( too we need grow)
6. Dinner is most flexible but not exaggerate whit carbohydrates.
