Acne is a hormonal and inflammatory disease.

Is the result of a reaction immune system against bacteria

.
Acne= High levels of androgens on blood. (These hormones promoted the growth of sebaceous glands and excessive sebum production)
The sebum it accumulates on sebaceous glands provoking pimples etc... These accumulation created an ideal environment for this bacterias (P.acnes)

All things what provoking in excess the metabolic routs like a mTor For example

1. Insuline Excess ( Maybe caused for a excess of sugar or carbohydrates in diet)
2. Excess dairy ( Are very anobolics)
3. Bad insulin sensibility (THIS IS A PRINCIPAL PROBLEM)
4. Little muscular mass ( Why when you have more mas is so easy to metabolize glucose)



How you can do it for improve your acne and healty in general


If you have little insulin sensibility should be increasing exersiced whit (AMPK)
ALL THINGS WHAT THEY CAN INSULIN STIMULATE YOU SHOULD MINIMIZE IT. ( ONLY CAN BE STIMULATE ON DAYS OF TRAINING)



WHAT DO YOU DO IN ONE DAY
1. Make high intesy exercise ( For example HIT)
2 Cold shower
3. Eat food whit high percent of grass and protein. (Breakfast)
4. In the lunch keep low carbohydrates levels
5. In the afternoon make exercise destinate for hypertrofy and for post-training eat protein and carbohydrates ( too we need grow)
6. Dinner is most flexible but not exaggerate whit carbohydrates.


Why you can do it high intensity exercise ?
Because this type increases rapidly route Ampk and collaterally autophagy ( Is the process in charge of cleaning the body) And improvement our insulin sensibility

What´s the best diet for this.

LOW CARB OR KETO DIET


Because these diets improvement insulin sensibility and don´t activate the mTor route too ( First our should improvement our healty before gain mass or other thing if we have acne is a signal )

Is for this do you see a skkiny guy eating a lot of shit and not fattens her body can´t to take advantage of glucose. Excuseme for my writing I practice a lot my native language is Spanish

Acne is just your white blood cells detoxing your body of toxins
 
When i was on keto my skin was so clear, nice thread. Also accutane seems to fix the sebaceous gland issue so im trying that right now because i need the carbs

Keto IS LIVE while you improve your insulin sensibility is the best option then you can eat carbs to gain weight.

Is a hormonal disorder these levels aren´t good.
acne = hormonal inbalances between various androgens

so it probably means either too high test or too high estrogens
 
if it was just androgens 100% of people on gear would have acne and increasing you rnadrogen levels through the diets you propose, training/HIIT etc would worsen it

I think its an inflammatory/immune problem that is aggravated by hormonal factors rather than the other way around

step one should be doing basic anti inflammatory lifestyle changes (some of which you mention) and an ELIMINATION DIET imo

i youre serious about looksmaxing or any kind of self improvement and you havent done a serious elimination diet youre FUCKING YOURSELF

My acne is getting better, I guess it's because puberty is ending (around 3.8 tanner stage)
