Anyone know a routine for fat loss im 5’10 180 and got man boobs bro im not that fat but for some reason i got tittes I also need to loose weight for track I took bulk to seriously now I need to cut and loose fat fast

Have you tried counting your calories?

People can overcomplicate it but its literally calories in calories out. 3500 cals in one pound of fat so if you deficit 500 a day you will lose one pound a week.

what don you recommend for counting i used my fitness pal is the past but didnt see too much results, is it just a consistency thing, also whats a good was to messure calories out

I also use my fitness pal, you just got to keep things simple and get a electric balance. If you eyeball something and say its like 150-200 cals from miscounting that cuts your progress in half.

put down the fork and do cardio daily
