yeah but you could do the same unless you are near your limit in muscle growth

I do not have a cable machine at home so
2 sets of beyond failure weighted hanging leg raise and
2 sets of beyond failure lying leg raise or something you suggest me, please. Only able to train abs due to reasons. Thanks♥

there is no beyond faliure dont do that stupid bs
i actualy would prefer 1 or 0 set from failure
i mean now bad workout choices since most abs exersise are decent dont know much about them tho

do your plan it will be enough
