Added an inch to my neck in 20 days

i did 9 neck training session so far
i train 3 times a week
first session was day 1, the 9th was today


I have remained the same weight (87.5 kg) throughout



my starting measurements
neck unpumped : 15.5 inches
neck pumped 16 inches

current measuremnts
neck unpumped 16.45 inches
neck pumped 17.1 inches


I measured at my adam's apple for accuracy
and yes I am natty, dont take protein/creatine/ any other shit
cause I spent it all on looksmaxxing

yeah its giga easy to grow and every session takes only 20 minutes

3 sets of each exercise
10-15 reps

neck curl (weight)
neck left side(weight)
neck right side (weight)
neck extension (neck harness)

hey guys just an update:

it seems that my neck is 16 inches straight right out of bed
and then in the afternoon its back to 16,5 inches (nonpumped)
(and yes i measured it correctly)

i really dont know why this is
maybe cause of water or something but really weird havent figured it out
