added another shoulder exercise recently

so i used to just do lat raises for 2 sets till failure or 1rir but now i have added in smith machine shoulder press to help with my front delts (cant use my shoulder press machine at my gym because my arms length is to wide and causes joint issues/nerve entrapments) and I'm already seeing progress I think my shoulders and back respond really well (picture for reference)

hopefully i get wider I'm already at a ratio of like 1.67 for waist to hip which i believe is ideal

ye its like 21 inch bideltoid at 5'10 dont know if it will get any bigger though

my lats helps push them up really high which can explain the popping out (picture for reference)
