you shouldn’t just gradually up the dose with stims you should suddenly take a medium-high dose and surpise your receptors before they can downregulate,
w ritalin 15-20mg
w concerta 80 mgs

if it still doesnt work then you gotta change your poison

I’ve done both, amphs dont clear out quickly and induce profound downregulation(bad crash), but certainly they are far stronger, so yeah it’s last resort.

yeah i mean personally i only take amphs if i gotta stay locked in for the week otherwise for short term i take ritalin,but yeah cycling it off is the only way
