GATHER AROUND YE BLACKS AND TANS!!!

Just ordered a pack of Kojie San Soap bars (currently on sale so might as well) and because of how prevalent fakes are sold on places such as Amazon I ordered directly from an official site. I'll be here to inform if this in any capacity works or if I was bamboozled by a bunch of subhumans from the depths of Maharashtra.

I will be trying to keep my routine simple. Every day:

  • I'll leave it on for 1-5 minutes depending on how much my skin stings.
  • I'll apply lotion afterwards as well as sun screen. (whether or not I'm supposed to indoors I really can't find a clear answer on)
  • IDFK eat some oranges for vitamin C, I don't want to blow more money on supplements.
  • I do not have any retinoids.

@Tigermoggerlol

Anything I'm overlooking? Am I supposed to rub this stuff all over my face. Kinda worried about putting anything this strong directly under my eyes but I have really bad hyperpigmentation surrounding them and I'm hoping this will help to even that out a lil'.

Alright my fellow LTN's rotting from the slums of the third world. Let's see if this stuff removes my tan. I'll be the first to tell you if this is cope or just didn't work for me personally...

I'd probably compare my current tanned complexion to that of your average Turk or East Asian. Something akin to the image attached below.

But that only goes for the parts of my body I let sit in the sun for years on end. This is a snippit of what my actual skin looks like untanned. Hopefully Kojie San can help even out my skin tone because these tan lines drive me crazy.

Hello Hellooo✋🏻. I see a curry is trying to become a pizza🤣(JFL). Regarding the sunscreen : yes apply sunscreen everyday , I assume you live in India . The UV levels in India are high throughout the year at best moderate on the most gloomiest of gloomy overcast days ! Glass only partially blocks UV rays ,specifically UV B. UV A penetrates the glass through and through so since you are trying to Kashmirimaxx I would recommend applying sunscreen daily even whilst indoors.

The info is very much appreciated. I'm a filthy latamcel but all this info still applies to me. I'll make sure to apply sunscreen daily so not to risk a sudden outbreak of melanocytes overreacting due to making my skin overly sensitive. Will bump this thread on a future date to report if my tan lines faded at all.

I'm going to slowly ER the population of India both domestically and abroad one by one if this doesn't work. If I see another dalit auntie try and sell magical skin lightening snake oil there will be a beheading on sight. :lul:

A few days in, no results so far.

nah can't help with that. sorry, i got my results from actual tried and true methods like consistent diet and exercise. chemical stuff to mess w skin ain't for me. focus on building healthy habits and itll pay off way more in the long run than some random scam product might at first glance

I would go off a consistent diet and exercise but diet and exercise won't fade away tan lines. Kojic acid soap is less of a scam but so many people overblow the results that it's hard to tell what can truly be expected. I'm not even looking to make my natural skin lighter, I just want to clear off this farmer's tan I've had for years.

Unlike currycels who'll only ever become a wheatish at most, a lot of Asians have naturally pale skin so Asian kojic acid soap results give me lifefuel.

I return approximately 2 weeks into using kojic acid soap and I must say my results so far are disappointing to say the least. Considering many results seem to kick in around 1-3 months I will however continue using kojic acid soap.

Changes I have noticed:

  • My skin has a slight shine to it (somewhat similar to that of extended use of tretinoin though not as extreme), despite this my skin has not changed one bit in tone, and with untanned parts of my body it is very easy to make this side by side comparison under the same lighting.
  • Acne forms much easier. It only takes a bit of rubbing and scratching to the applied area for pimples to quickly form the day after. It's rather annoying.
  • My skin feels a little dry and stiff, rather similar to my experience using lemon juice. (another detanning cope).
  • The hyperpigmentation around my eyes has not at all faded.
I'm honestly losing hope in this but I hear the skin refreshes every 30 ish days and my tan is over a decade long. I'll continue providing updates though I'm really starting to think that I should just bank my money on detanning lasers.

I'll bring in a report when this month is over, and if still no results I'll give mild updates until 3 months. I may or may not try adding retinoids to my routine (after the 1 month point) as I've heard that can help to get rid of a tan and many people seem to combine it with kojic acid soap.

If it doesn’t work after 3 months it means it just doesn’t work for u wand u need to try other bleaching agents

1 Month Checkpoint.

Literally no difference. I'll hold in for the next two months but I think I'll sooner chock this product up to more tales from a Philippina auntie's basement.

@Tigermoggerlol how long did this take to see any change in pigment at all. All this has done is made my skin rather shiny.

Adding retinol to my kojic acid soap routine, will see if this brings any results after a month or two. This might as well be a detanning journey thread. I'm tired of looking up detanning threads where OP never follows up with results as detanning can take anywhere from months to a few years or so I've heard. If this thread ends with my lasering my face off to erase my tan then so be it. I'll document my whole journey here for others to take notes from.

It's almost been a week of adding retinol to my routine and only now is the kojic acid soap beginning to sting when applying the suds to my face. I hope this means it's finally starting to kick in. I sit and cope.

Wishing you have more luck than I currently have. With my tan having been present for over a decade at this point I think saying it'll be stubborn to remove is an understatement.

Coincidentally I was going to make an update a day or two ago to say that whilst my skin started to sting around the one month mark, it's been stinging considerably less as the days go by. I don't know if it's due to my fresh layer of skin being initially sensitive (from what I can gather it takes around 30 days for your deepest layer of skin to surface) but if so I can only assume that my skin has grown used to it. (which I hope doesn't mean decreasing the effectiveness of my routine)

Good luck dawg
Did kojic acid soap irritate your skin less the more you used it?

was there any progress w the skintone? also your supposed to apply your retinol after the kojie san use right? I dont really have a tan im pretty lightskin but i just want to bleachmaxx to just fully whitemaxx so im assuming this is going to be considerably more difficult than just removing a tan, might require stronger bleaching agents, might cope with hydro or monobenzone if no progress after a few months use:feelsree:, will update here. Also thinking of upgrading to a stronger retinoid like tret in a week as i currently only have retinol

Still no progress with skintone (actual 0 change) but I'm still holding out here since I hear for some people results come in around 1-3 months, with some saying tan removal took around 7+ months. (the more severe and more long term the tan the longer it may take from what I can gather)

I don't think lightening your base skin colour is possible from everything I've seen and read but if so isn't the case for you then be sure to inform us. Removing a tan alone is surprisingly a lot harder than it may seem. I myself might consider pleading for a hydroquinone prescription if this soap doesn't yield results. As for monobenzone I wouldn't recommend it. Whilst it's arguably the only thing that can truely depigment darker skin tone its effectiveness on non-vitiligo skin is minimal at best. The body of a vitiligo patient attacks its own melanocytes with monobenzone only helping to aid that battle. The body of a non-vitiligo patient will only undo any progress you make with monobenzone and said progress is so slow that you're unlikely to get results from it.
Good to hear, I will wait an extra month or two to see if any progress manifests.

just self induce yourself with monobenzone-induced vitiligo to bleach brah theory:incel:, havent done much research on the literature but yeah might try hydroquinone then, i dont think any jew doctor is giving a 17 yo prescription so i think ill source it from indiamart ,it might be that kojie san works for certain skin types or something like that i cant believe @Tigermoggerlol achieved results like that w just kojie san, might be that his skin type or genetics are easily prone to bleaching by kojie san, also you should definitely be using an spf uva + uvb 24/7 even indoors tbh if your trying to de-tan . I'll update if kojie san works

The world is not ready for when we find out how to intentionally induce vitiligo. And yes I'm still applying sunscreen even when indoors.

When did you introduce hydro to your routine, starting with kojie san or later on?
