Adventures in Kojie San DEATHNICS GTFIH

yeah seems legit, oral glutathione gets heavily decomposed in the digestive tract very quickly hence almost zero bioavailability, hence why in the study the GSH levels remained pretty much the same or even lesser post oral glutathione treatment, so its pretty safe to say its cope but if your gonna try , you should mega dose it with at least 3000mg a day.
How much are you dosing? Will 600mg a day not yield much?

i'm curious about your results. Have you seen any improvements? Also, do you think IM glutathione would be effective or should i stick to oral?

update/tip: Do not leave it on your skin for 5 min or more straight off the bat, 30 seconds- 1 min once every 3 days starting off, then 2 mins and work your way upto 4 mins slowly,so that your skin barrier adjusts to it, always use a gentle moisturizer post bleaching asap. I made the mistake of being a low inhib retard and letting it stay on for well past 5+ mins and i did it everyday thinking it would be more effective in bleaching, all it does is irritate the shit out of your skin barrier and make you red asf post bleaching. So ill resort to 3 mins every 3 days for now. Also it definitely works, my face looks a lot lighter compared to my hands which i used for reference before starting to bleach.

I read to leave it on for 30 seconds though I've been leaving it up to a minute. I reckon I can try leaving it for longer if that's what will yield results and anyways, my skin doesn't seem to be all that sensitive to it either. If you have some comparison pictures I'd love to see them. My hand and arm are still much lighter than my face.

I hear anything around 3000mg should be done under supervision, I guess I'll go for 1200mg starting out when it arrives. What's MSM and what's its purpose in the stack?

GATHER AROUND YE BLACKS AND TANS!!!

Just ordered a pack of Kojie San Soap bars (currently on sale so might as well) and because of how prevalent fakes are sold on places such as Amazon I ordered directly from an official site. I'll be here to inform if this in any capacity works or if I was bamboozled by a bunch of subhumans from the depths of Maharashtra.

I will be trying to keep my routine simple. Every day:

  • I'll leave it on for 1-5 minutes depending on how much my skin stings.
  • I'll apply lotion afterwards as well as sun screen. (whether or not I'm supposed to indoors I really can't find a clear answer on)
  • IDFK eat some oranges for vitamin C, I don't want to blow more money on supplements.
  • I do not have any retinoids.

@Tigermoggerlol

Anything I'm overlooking? Am I supposed to rub this stuff all over my face. Kinda worried about putting anything this strong directly under my eyes but I have really bad hyperpigmentation surrounding them and I'm hoping this will help to even that out a lil'.

Alright my fellow LTN's rotting from the slums of the third world. Let's see if this stuff removes my tan. I'll be the first to tell you if this is cope or just didn't work for me personally...
Deathnics and mayocels brutall bro

Why don't you start doing injectables instead, instead of going thru all that bs with supplementation, you can simply just pin, and I say as a dude who used to take copious amount of supplements like you, injecting is just sm simpler.

Glutathione injections are expensive so I'd like to go through my other options before dumping money into a blackhole. My goal also isn't to make my overall skin lighter, I just want to get rid of my face tan.

the supplementation seems more expensive to me, i wouldnt mind dishing a few dollars for vials that'll last me for months

Glutathione injections are typically done 1-3 times for the first 4-6 weeks and then relegated to monthly maintenance with glutathione sessions costing a few hundred dollars (usually one to three hundred) whereas this single cheap purchase of supplements will last me 2-3 months.

Fair enough bro, for all its benefits, i find it worth it, im on low dose to test, but if i were to take like say 3600mg per week it would only cost me 65$ A month, but even then im not gonna mega dose that much, so id say its costing me only 20$ month for like 1400mg per week

Captain's Log from the Depths of Tamilnadu.

I feel I'll only update this thread if:
  1. I see genuine change in my skin tone or...
  2. There's at least some new reaction my skin is giving.
And this update is to bring forth the latter. As starting today I encounter my first case of dry and peeling skin. And for the following week my skin has progressively become more easily irritated by touching it or simply by sweat or tears dripping down it. It only took around 3 months for my skin to have any sort of reaction to my routine. Here's hoping that this is the great purge that finally starts to make a difference in my hyperpigmentation. I will continue to use kojic acid soap, retinol 0.5% (would like to upgrade to a form of oral retinol if I can beg to do so from a dermatologist), moisturiser, SPF, and a daily dose of 1200mg of NAC.

kojic acid is cope it only works if ur melanocytes overproduced melanin, it can make ur skin brighter but thats if ur skin is already whiteish like cream, if ur brown js look into hydro or arbutin

Most of my body is a Fitzpatrick 2 whilst a few parts overexposed to the sun are very noticeably a Fitzpatrick 3. I don't count the palms of my hands, feet, or scalp as those areas are naturally lighter and don't reflect your overall skin tone. I'm doing this routine to fade away my stubborn tan lines I've had for over a decade. I'm considering looking into hydro or arbutin at this point though.

Arbutins is just hydro but safer if u dont want to fully commit, much slower though

Adding exfoliating to my routine, JFL at me for not doing this earlier but I wanted to see what little I can start with before adding onto this routine of mine. First time applying kojic acid soap after exfoliating made me feel like a burn victim. Chances are I'll just see a dermatologist so they can recommend me the right lasers to blast my face with. I cage at anyone who thinks genuine skin whitening is possible, I'm breaking bones here to just remove a tan.
