ADVICE NEEDED: WHICH SURGERIES?

Hello everyone,

So, just the other day I got 2.5ml of chin filler and I'm pretty happy with the results. This has made me more comfortable with the prospect of eventually getting surgeries.

My main dilemma is: which ones? I think my main failos are my eye area (specially the negative canthal tilt), my maxilla, my chin, my ramus, jaw angle, gonions, and bulbous nose.

I have no interest in addressing the eye area because, weird as it might sound, I kind of like how it looks on me, very identifiable feature. I wouldn't want to look like somebody else when I look in the mirror.

I'm okay with addressing the other issues though. I think my main concern is probably my jaw area in general however I'm not sure what would be better for my case: custom PEEK implants or Bimax? I understand bimax is usually the way to go but I'm not sure if the juice is worth the squeeze. It's much more expensive and complicated. As for the nose I'm most worried about the bulbousity rather than the shape itself.

Anyway, I'd appreciate it if anybody could drop down a basic analysis of my failos and the most correct solutions. A rating would also be appreciated.

Look like a fag, maxilla looks recessed(nose and chin are both indicators but I could be corrected).

Bimax , rhino, implants (Supra and infra), cantho would help

Yeah I imagined bimax is probably the way to go but I wanna keep coping to avoid it. Sounds like hell lmao.

What should I prioritize first? Jaw, nose or eyes?

I would recommend taking the earrings off first to be honest man.

A bimax would greatly ascend you.

Personally I would focus on my eye area first, then move onto other things.

Honestly just get Canthoplasty (Not lateral js normal canthoplasty), Rhinoplasty, and then wait and see imo

Just get a normal canthoplasty (I mean as in not a lateral cantho), Rhino, then wait and see for the results then decide what you want next
