15 yrs old 5'8 around 60 kgs sorta in a skinny fat stage and havent lifted consistenly for about six months and have been not lifting for a month and a bit now any advice will help

roids
 
Well without doing any roids or peptides, not much you can do besides eat well and lift heavy take supplements aswell

the basic peptides i dont mind but they wouldnt change my physique muscle wise so they are out of the question

Since you don't want roids, try peptides (y)

most important aspect would be sleep, make sure you're getting 8+ hours, align your circadian rhythm as well, peak hgh hours would be from around 10pm-2am, so try going to bed before or around 10pm. go on a leanbulk preferably, don't go on roids or hgh unless you wanna have a chance at cooking your organs or just completely shutting off your natural hgh release :lul: incorporate bodyweight + heavy lifting into your workout routine, a good balance helps. that would be the safer route your age, that is if you wanna stay natty. diet should be optimal or else you can forget about everything else. get on magnesium, zinc, and vit d supplements(potentially + k2 as well)
