Damn bro chin straight out the souvenir shop from Gandy Heaven.
Some advice would be to dye the brows. Just by looking at you I get the feeling your eyebrows are sparse and light, mainly cuz your lashes are non-existent too, so dye them. Look into oral minox to grow the brows n lashes.
It could be the lighting but your sclera seem somewhat red, so look into Lumify Eye Drops for that.
If you wanna hardmaxx then a canthopexy, fat grafting to the upper and lower eyelid, and a rhinoplasty are good ideas imo.
