Do you need MDSO after to correct your bite ? Since the maxilla expands the mandible needs to catch up with it, or would it happen naturally ?

The general consensus is that, if you undergo moderate to large expansion, you need MSDO (or equivalent)

Fuarkk man Id need to undergo MSDO also. Seems like a very ogre procedure tbh, having your jawbone exposed and making turns on some device attached to your broken mandible for it to expand. Wouldn't it hurt ?
