Alfaro-like Trimax ccw for cheap ?

I desperately need a trimax (lefort 1 ccw + BSSO + genio, no change in occlusion) because i'm recessed as fuck but i'm a poor. I live in France, bimax surgeries are fairly cheap here, i don't have sleep apnea so it won't be totally free, but i could get one for 3-6k with genioplasty.

Should i go for a lambda maxfac or someone like Ramieri who charges 15k ? (still a huge investment but still accessible unlike Alfaro)

I wouldn't go for an unknown surgeon. You're also prolly not gonna save up 15k EUR, that's a fuck ton of money unless you got a wealthy family or scam the jews.

I'm planning on going to the Marine just to save up the money, in 2 years I can save 30k minimum.

But it would be great if i could spend a little part of that for my bimax and use the rest for a car, clothes and travelling, so i can actually enjoy my ascension.

Augusto Pary maybe. Other good S. American surgeons are Nelson Leon and Octavio Cintra, but I don't think they huge Chad advancements like Alfaro. They do CCW though. I like this dude's results. None of them are particularly blackpilled but they're all very aesthetic:

There is a picture of him operating with Raffaini or at least standing by him wearing scrubs. I could see someone jumping to conclusions based on that. But, like, I'm pretty sure they do demo surgeries where other surgeons can either observe or participate in a surgery. I know this because Nelson Leon also has a picture of him in the operating room with Raffaini, but he describes what's going on, which is what I just said. So maybe? If you count helping with surgery once as training under. Now, I don't know if that's the full extent of it. He may have trained under him more extensively. But Octavio Cintra was actually a guest surgeon at Arnett and Gunson's practice, and I think both he and Nelson Leon have spoken at Arnett and Gunson conference. They're good surgeons, just not sure they do Alfaro movements.

I was considering him since he is pretty much the only one who does ramus lengthening, however there are many reports of patients saying he told them he would perform certain movements and then does his own thing. And then when the patient in question tried to confront him with evidence (ct scans) he just blocked his number.

On the same boat as you, idk much apart from what i said. Just know that he somw has good results and is not afraid to do big movements, but unless you truly need a particular procedure than no one offers why not go with ramieri/pagnoni/alfaro ?

Pary costs 6k. The others in the 10-30k range (Alfaro costs 25-30k EUR). I cannot afford them.

He's also the only one that actually got back to me after I emailed. Andre Bim also looks good. He explains his thinking on like every example on his instagram and gives the movements.

He will reply to messages, yes but he’s very busy. He normally does 1-2 bimaxes per day during the week.

When I got mine done, he was still seeing patients in his office until 9pm.

nelson is expensive so IDK why he is under this post, trimax in Mexico will cost you 32k+, without counting other expenses such as recovery, clinic, etc. if you go to Venezuela its a bit cheaper but still with all expenses comes over 30k+
