Bro, I'm too old for this shet. This is a young man's game. My only hope is to just make enough money to do surgery and enjoy sex with post-wall roasties and forgoing having a family. Marriage ain't worth it.

No, but he's like $30-40k, supposedly. He kind of fell out of favor - a bunch of people complaining of being botched, people saying he doesn't give a fuck about your bite, people being over-advanced. I'd take that all with a grain of salt, but, imo, he's just not worth the money. Jaw surgery isn't really an art like rhinoplasty is, or not nearly as much of one as rhinoplasty is. A bunch of people have been sucked in by advertising.

What country are you located in? There are lots of good (supposedly) S. American surgeons that are significantly cheaper than Alfaro.
