I've got no timeframe, only biological indicators that this is how the 'hairline' works- forcefully attaching the skin to the underlying muscle through hypertrophy (or other, less natural/more chemical methods).

Did any of this stuff work for you? I'm all for nofap but I have a few issues with what's being said. Why couldn't you just lift weights and sprint? The whole 7 day thing is unnecessary, starting as soon as possible seems most logical, I feel like this is overly strict in ways it doesn't need to be.
