I've got no timeframe, only biological indicators that this is how the 'hairline' works- forcefully attaching the skin to the underlying muscle through hypertrophy (or other, less natural/more chemical methods).
7 days of abstinence just restores your androgen receptivity, beyond this you only need to maintain this receptivity and hypertrophy your 'scalp' muscles/hairline muscles the way I wrote in the thread, hard and inwards.
