Bump not bad
Lets see what .me thinks

I think you should be concerned about the methionine in whey protein. Too much methionine will age you quicker, unless you balance it with glycine. Pea protein has 6 times less methionine than whey.

id rather just get more protein from natural food sources. its just so easy doing whey.

What does this do? Also any results about hair? Do u have long hair? I heard some needles can pull ur hair...

Missing sunscreen, fish oil, vit c, k. Idk if there's moisturiser anywhere in that... Might as well get ephedrine too, also cabergoline. Exfoliator.
Just quick thoughts.

i do need an exfoliator i've realized, any recommendations? also I dont do moisturizer besides when my skin is feeling hella dry which is very rare for me, my skin is naturally oily not naturally dry. vitamin c i sometimes take but i need to find a cheaper source for it, it gets expensive. i apply sunscreen if i think ill be in the sun which is rare.

good suggestions. not sure what cabergoline is ill research it.

I bought 1 kg of ascorbic acid(E300) from industrial food chemical manufacturer(supplier?) cost me 20 euros with shipping. 99.9% purity or so it claims. If I could find it in middle of nowhere, I'm sure you should have no problem finding something locally over there.
Exfoliator idk, bought some random myself.
It's strange your skin maintains moisture at all, because of tretinoin. My skin became a desert instantly, and that's just from 0.05%, my skin was oily before too.
I'd be incredibly scared of sun while using tretinoin...

when i go outside its for seconds between car and bar/restaurant/wherever, im not worried about sun

tret did make my skin super dry sometimes which is when id apply moisturizer but otherwise its fine. i did 0.1% tret for a while too and was still fine. maybe the other stuff helped it stay moisturized?
