How? It's like every other movie fight. We know who's gonna win but the writers make the protagonist get hurt a couple times to make the fight seem more challenging and unpredictable.

It's so fucking slow and if you get knocked to the ground because of adrenaline unless you're severely injured or concussed you get straight back up and start fighting immediately again instead of just panting like a pussy.
