Fix your immune system by taking probiotics, exercising, etc. make smoothies with lots of leafy greens and fruits/veggies. You need to take Flonase before the allergies kick in for it to work. Claritin never worked for me either tbh

Yeah I tried some probiotics and I'm thinking about getting a DIY fecal transplant, hard to find a good healthy donor tho, if that doesn't work Idk anymore
