Alright now what do I need to do diet wise if raising igf, test, and hgh is the goal

this may be my greyest post yet (even though i technically am a grey on my profile) but im just trying to learn the basics :lul:

ive heard eating a shit load of protein is good for igf levels, obviously getting ur fat soluble vitamins in for test is good … but what else yall :feelshah:

i have also seen people eat smaller meals (like up to 6-10 per day) instead of 3 big meals for increasing igf, is this true ?!?!?!?
