Always having low energy?

Why when i come back from school i am always tired no matter what i eat and how much i sleep. I fucking dont know whats the problem i have no energy to do anything. What supplements should i take or anything that could really fix it (except adderall). Anyone who had this problem help me please.

Had pectus tho did surgery on it had recessed jaw also fixed it nothing else. Im just always sleepy i have some motivation but cant do it cuz no energy

MARFANS syndrome genes I bet. I’m getting my NUSS procedure too. There is nothing we can do bhai. Do you tend to have more energy in the night ? Common among MARFANS people. Get a night job and live in the night

I didn't read the whole thread but best Thing I recommend is d3 gummys, lots of people depending where your from will never get enough d3 you need to be on the beach in summer in Miami for 30 mins everyday to get enough, and here in Michigan we don't get that, just be careful how much you take, I have 2 vitamins I take that give me 300 D3 ea, and also other things, then I have one that give me 1000.
