What are the indicators of being a hyper responder? I consider myself naturally fortunate to have a well-developed overall physique even without extensive gym work. However, it’s evident that my chest and upper body are somewhat underdeveloped, likely due to not training regularly since I was 14.

I’d only be using small doses while committing to frequent training. But I’m unsure—maybe rapid muscle growth like this is just a sign of a “steroid-coping” loser who ends up with side effects instead.

Solution
The Homelander
Signs of naturally high androgen receptor sensitivity and density(which are what determine steroid response):
- Masculine shoulder to hip ratio
- Naturally muscular deltoids
- Higher than average grip strength
- More dimorphic zygos compared to the mandible's dimorphism

In my opinion, grip strength is the best way to tell without doing roids
But the only real way to tell is obviously by doing it
Don't let this discourage you too much
