i have shitty skin atm it looks pale dry and dehydrated, im on Accutane and using a cera ve cleanser and moisturiser is there something im missing

my skin barrier isnt totaly fucked shouls i try taz or tret

prob too harsh cleanser or too bad moisturizer
drink alot of water and stay out of sun

do you use spf? if not use that too asap, idk about other topicals on accutane though, maybe try cisaplast as moisturizer

use a ceramide cream before u consider tret or wait until ur off iso

if your in early stages of accutane im pretty sure this may still cause dry skin due to how it works

Yeah thats good, you could use adapalene if you have less sever acne

i mean not that much but hope your using some repairing heavy one and cleansing once a day
in morning i cleanse then moisturizer with spf 30 then night after shower no cleansing i put heavy repairing moisturizer then cycle continues
