I started the gym about a week ago and i’m doing full body 1 - 3 sets per exercise to failure, others are telling me don’t go to failure because it will fatigue me fast and to do 1 - 2 rir and others say i don’t know how to accurately assess rir yet since i’m a beginner so i should go to failure.
I probably should just go to failure but it’s actually fatiguing and i end up slacking on my last exercises.
