Big friend group, attend social events, conform to societal standarts, get a decent job.

Not thinking about it and just living life like if you didn't have it.

If you want to have children I guess there is a treatment for that, you would have to look into that.

If that doesn't work but you still want to have a child adoption or a sperm donation is a possibility.
