Hi, i've just started doing some research about amilorine and it's effect on debloating.
Have you experience with it ?
Do you know how to use it correctly like should i run it on cycle or year around ??

Amiloride is a potassium-sparing diuretic but it's STILL a diuretuic.

With that being said, I wouldn't recommend taking it for your day-to-day basis, only for special occasions (once a week or smth like that).

But for special occasions just go with the real stuff and buy some HCTZ or Lasix (which are much more potent).

Okay okay i see do you know good dyuretics i can use on a daily basis ?

No kind of diuretic is good for a daily basis. It'll fuck your liver up.

Electrolyte imbalances are one of the worst things you can do to your system, so at least only do it in special events.

For your day-to-day basis just consume high potassium and low sodium (4:1 ratio ideally), and you can megadose Vitamin C (3000mg) which has a laxative effect and may act as a natural diuretic (but much much weaker than actual diuretics).
