Anastrozole vs aromasin, which one?

What’s the difference? Is there any rebound effect with anastrozole and does it damage your lipids? Which one is more effective and what are the side effects of anastrozole.

I want to use it to keep growth plates open and increase t level ratio to estradiol. A gym coach has anastrozole, but I don’t think he has aromasin, plus anastrozole is cheaper I think.
