Introduction

Hello Guys! Today I come to you with something strong and this is my biggest discovery so far, if I am not mistaken (and I hope it is) then each of us in a short time will be a collagen god. So let's start from the beginning and if you are well aware of the mechanism of action of anavar you can go directly to the section dedicated to collagen, either way I encourage you to read the whole post.


What is anavar?
Oxandrolone also known as anavar is a synthetic derivative of dht (dihydrotestosterone) which is very strongly anabolic and low androgenic, the ratio of anabolism to androgenic action is 1:10. It is an expensive (about 50$ per pack) very frequently counterfeited (that is why do not order from indiamart jfl) and unbelievably safe agent as for steroids.


How does it work?

Anavar through its high affinity for androgen receptors binds to them very easily, upon binding it creates a unique hormone-receptor complex which makes it so that in skin cells, sebaceous glands or prostate cells this complex cannot effectively recruit appropriate helper proteins needed to trigger genes responsible for androgenic traits while on the other hand in skeletal muscle cells the same complex works exceptionally efficiently, activating the cascade of genes responsible for protein synthesis giving a strong signal for mass growth and nitrogen retention. Oxandrolone through its extremely strong affinity for SHBG lowers its level thanks to which we have more bioavailability of testosterone in the blood.


Anavar is also a great anticatabolic, and why?

It causes a phenomenon called inter-receptor interaction between the
androgen receptor to which oxandrolone has bound and the glucocorticoid receptor to which cortisol has bound. When the inter-receptor interaction occurs cortisol is not able to bind to its receptor (which would result in protein breakdown) because the presence of the Oxandrolone-androgen receptor complex in this connection blocks and neutralizes the signal flowing to cortisol. To this anavar switches the nitrogen balance to the benefit of muscle building by blocking the negative nitrogen balance caused by cortisol.

When fibroblasts work (and they work all the time because in our body
collagen is constantly broken down and new is built) on the synthesis of new collagen its very presence sends a signal about the decrease of collagen expression, anavar inhibits this process so fibroblasts do not slow down producing huge amounts of collagen. Anavar also stimulates fibroblasts via nuclear pathway activation, upon binding of the drug to the receptor inside the fibroblast the complex migrates to the nucleus where it directly influences stimulation.



Is this a significant difference?

Definitely! In laboratory studies the addition of
oxandrolone to fibroblasts cultured on a collagen substrate caused the mRNA expression of type III procollagen to jump even 11-fold, and type I procollagen to double or triple, returning to levels as if the cells were growing in artificial laboratory conditions (on plastic), ignoring the body's inhibiting signal. In in vitro studies the growth of type I and III collagen was by even 400% which is impressive, for comparison:
Collagen growth of both type I and III with ghkcu is about 70%
Systematic microneedling is able to improve this
collagen for us by about 200%
Red light therapy in studies showed an improvement in
collagen synthesis up to 50%
Topical tretinoin increase in type
I collagen synthesis by 80%
Aloe vera gel gave a result of 20% to 30%





As you can see
anavar on this list is unbeatable, anyway time I will get on it myself and I will take a picture of the skin on my face every day with the back camera of the phone with camera zoom and we will see what effect it will bring.
