Been eating raw for 3 months now, been focused on circadian rhythm and grounding past few weeks but have persistent acne especially on my back. I've mainly been eating muscle and liver sometimes heart, are there other organs I should try for skin or any other tips? I feel good and it's clearing slowly but I feel it should be quicker or do I js need to wait?

No I have fruit,fish and dairy. Also not all raw, I have cooked eggs/meat probably once every 3 days
cut out fruit and dont do too much dairy. i also had acne when eating sugars. why would u eat pesticide sugar gmo bombs anyway
 
eating raw meat wont magically cure acne brah, like the other guy said cut out sugar + diary those things can actually have an effect, other than that any person with acne should have some sort of skin care routine with some tret/isotret

I don't listen to goatis, he's retarded. I only eat raw bc I prefer it, digest it easier and its helped with a lot of conditions I used to suffer from like hay fever, eczema ect

i eat 70% raw meat 30% eggs and dairy. and sometimes im forced to eat slop with family on weekends :/ and dairy gives me gas and bloating when i go over 3 cups a day sadly. i still drink it tho. i only have fruit on COOKED meat days with family for the vit C since its destroyed. raw beef has 7mg of vit c per 100mg in muscle meat. not to mention that glucose competes with vitamin C for the glut transporter so esting fruit is a looksmin. if your not on steroids dont take accutane bro

the acne is most prob bc of detoxification from heavy metals.Heavy metals are usually detoxified thru skin(read aajonus's book, if you dont have em pm me).The acne will heal but it will take a long time.If the acne doesnt heal in time or if you want to speed up the process take accutane and you should be fine.

Have u found much difference between pasteurised and unpasteurised bc I struggle to get raw ( can't drive but my parents get me some if they drive past a farm) but can get a2. Also, planning on hopping on this summer, should I take accutane then bc I wasn't planning on it?
 
Not on anything, most stuff seems to make it worse but I would take use smth if its good
have u tried a beginner tretinoin like 0.025%? works faster than accutane and wont have the side effects accutane has
not sure why everyone is hating on ur diet, it is how we are supposed to eat but almost no one commits to it

yes raw is law. dont even drink pasteurized honestly. what u hopping on? the diet is the best diet so still never stop it. youll get a lot of nutrients fats protein and the skin benefits, mind benefits. depends on what u planning on taking

yes its alot of sugar in honey, and no why become a skinny kid over some pimples dont do that, minor bacne isnt the end of the world just make sure u shower like an hour after sesh like right when u get home. you can wipe sweat off ur forehead if u sweat alot during ur gym session (as u should) so it doesnt build up as much.

could also be puberty if ur young idk, but for face U should rly get some kind of tret/isotret etc and a cleanser to remove those nasty oils and sweats after a gym day in the evening.

Nah I haven't, I'll have a look. Do you need a prescription? And yeah jfl at those replies, I've heard too much irl to care abt insults online from randoms
