I knew the shit wasn’t in my head. Hopefully my bones return back after ifing 3 times a week for years

At first people coped by saying it was just extended fast that decreased bone density, but here’s a study saying just skipping breakfast (aka IF/16 hour fast) decrease bone density

I’ve been ifing for like 4+ years. In the first year of IF i noticed way more uee in literally just a couple months, and a tad bit orbital bone loss

Hopefully if I quit if it will come back
 
No one told you to fast for 16 hrs 3 times a week dumbass

Is ratio of acidity - basic on your stomac, eat your bones, more your organism are acid, more your bones decrease.

Barely increases gh that’s a meme

And estrogen is more important than test for bones. It’s the most important hormone for bone density

Def a contributing factor but I think it’s mainly bone. I used to have a bigger chin, also I was never extremely fat. Only lost like 5% body fat

Also some of my hooding seems to come back when I start mega dosing k2 indicating it’s mainly bone
