Of course it's the most consistent around slightly above average to way above average people, you can't be above mmtn without 6+ ang unless you have like 7+ misc or harmony.
However, Consistenty ≠ Guaranteed.
No matter how angular you are, you can't be attractive without other pillars staying consistent.
As for dimo though, it's usually more stable when other pillars are below it, though misc and harm are still more important.
For example- Ian Somerhalder and Tom Welling.
Welling outside of Smallville has very consistent 8.5+ ang but has like 6.5 dimo, while ian has 8.5 dimo despite less ang than tom considering the fact that Ian only has a slightly above average harmony score of 60%
