Just discovered this rare adjustment during bimax and along maxillary downgrafting could bring your whole paranasal and nasal base forward

This also prevent the sunken soft tissue and deep naso labial look you get from massive 3.5mm+ downgrafting movement and after LF 1

ANS graft with bone or custom plate make the whole area smoother and full, prevent naso labial lines forming and also improve philtrum appearance from people like me who have long flat philtrum and sunken upper lift look
