We need to discuss the best scientific methods out there to slow down our decaying as much as possible when we are still in our twenties, look up David Sinclair or Bryan Johnson

Inbefore “muh only 20 y/o matters, you better be dead by 30 etc etc” go fuck yourself, looking 25 at 40 has no price still

completelycavoiding pufa is the strongest thing you could do, and you should aim to leanmax to extremely low bodyfat, then bulk up again with only sfa

also drink a lot of water, sunscreen, moisturize, retinoids + some other shit with minor benefits.

micro-needling for some spots also helps.

collagen isn't camouflage, if you wanted to mask it you'd use bb cream not retinoids.

they work better preventatively, if you start with skincare once you've already recessed you fucked up.

the same goes for fin, you're not supposed to hop on when you're already losing it, you're supposed to do that before it happens.

Tret is an exception for sure lots of acne rats get smooth skin on it

aren't there newer retinoids starting to be released on the market that work just as well with even less sides? heard something about that.

I have that 'tret' glow/smoothness while only using 2.5% retinol.

Rot in your room all day. You avoid UV in that way.

Why?

When researching only good things come from PUFA

That depends on how you define aging

Tret excerise genetics helathy eating and taking vitamin c supplements. U can’t beat the age pill but u can fight it out

It was an honest question , I would like to know why would be bad and if it’s something really comproved or still more as a theory
its the worst thing for your body, it is a long chain unstable polyker that breaks down inside your body , creating ions which react to the elements and molecules of your body, wreacing havoc

Full body Age reversal is currently impossible. if you could reverse your age faster than you age then you could live indefinitely.

I do PFE (post feeding exercise. Mitigates blood sugar and insulin spikes after meals)

I do a 23 hour fast once a week for autophagy. (I will do longer fasts once I am older. My parents make me eat dinner)

Workout + sleep + diet + tret for skin .
Do these 4 things religiously and you will significantly reduce aging

Fuck man I hope this stuff is on budget, I have naso folds and no undereye fat and I’m only 19.

The most effective thing for skin is sun avoidance and/or sunscreen

That just sounds like symptoms of an underdeveloped maxilla rather than signs of aging

extremely high in the omega6-omega3 ratio, which is highly inflammatory

Prevention:
  • fasting
  • tretinoin
  • finasteride
  • sunscreen
  • botox
  • health living
  • peace of mind
  • surgery if you need more tissue support
Restoration:
  • laser
  • facelift
It ain't that hard baby.

The studies praising PUFAs were funded by PUFA selling companies btw. Learn to look past psyops and agendas.

Just have decent bones then get a facelift when u need it

But omega 3 alone is a PUFA, and is an anti-inflammatory
omega-3 is the only good PUFA, but even then it’s bad in excess. Definitely avoid the processed PUFAs like corn syrup, vegetable and seed oils. Turns people into faggots.

On the note of tretinoin, it could potentially reduce necessary facial fat so u end up saggy

Also enhances uv damage even with sunscreen

I've stopped tret for now at least. Used it for 5 months with no real benefit

Senescent cell removal with very large doses of liposomal Fisetin at least once a year over 3 days.

Plasma removal/donations to remove the junk and buildup of bad proteins in you once a year.

Calcium AKG to actually reverse epigenetic age some. At least 500mg two times a day.

Niacinamide 500 mg every day to increase NAD+. Note: NMN and NR are scams as cheap niacinamide raises it about as much as they do. A top researcher that worked with Sinclair admitted that.

None of this does much at all for you until after mid 30s.

yeah imo tret is great short term but not great long term, until we know how to fully reverse/negate sun damage and restore fat pads then it’s probably not worth

Those are the strongest things but it isnt until mid 30s the body's repair processes start crashing real bad and they can help much. Making sure you dont get too much sun exposure and getting all the vitamins and minerals you need is big for younger people. Glycolic acid and things like that are good for helping the skin also if you are not messing with tret etc.

The key is to live a low stress lifestyle. Exercise is intimately linked with this as exercise relieves stress. Therefore positive outlook on life + whole food diet+ daily exercise is all that’s needed. It’s not just ‘water’ it’s exactly all that’s necessary. It’s important to not get bogged down in stupid minor things otherwise you end up overthinking and stressing and just undoing all the good work

dyk if there’s a stressminning guide on here? i know about ashwagandha and l-theanine but there’s definitely more stuff out there than that
